This single origin milk chocolate gets its unique flavour from Vietnamese Trinitario cocoa beans from Cacao Pods grown in the unique climate & geological conditions found on the meandering riverbanks of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta. A gentle roasting of these beans is all it takes to unlock subtile notes of caramel & mocha. A perfect accompaniment to dried Mango and Hazelnuts.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. Which is why we only use cocoa that is ethically sourced and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
