This ethically sourced single origin milk chocolate gets its distinct flavour from cocoa beans from grown in the unique climate & geological conditions found in the nourishing and fertile basin formed where Cameroons’ mighty Sanaga river converges with the Mbam river. A gentle roasting of these beans is all it takes to unlock subtile notes of butterscotch & raisins. A perfect accompaniment to a miso caramel and sesame praline.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. Which is why we only use cocoa that is ethically sourced and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
