Method

In a mug - measure 4 teaspoons (25g) of ground chocolate, add 1 teaspoon of boiling water and mix to a paste. Next, gently pour in and stir 250ml of your preferred hot frothy milk.

In a pan - using the same quantities, pour cold milk into a pan, add the ground chocolate and slowly bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Pour into your favourite mug, find a quiet spot and enjoy!

Fancy something a little different? Try adding 2 extra teaspoons of ground chocolate and a good splash of cream (or non-dairy alternative) for an extra indulgent French hot chocolate.
