This ethically sourced single origin dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from Vietnamese Trinitario cocoa beans from grown in the unique climate & geological conditions found on the meandering riverbanks of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta. A gentle roasting of these beans is all it takes to unlock subtile notes of oak & coffee. A perfect accompaniment to Blackcurrants, Hazelnuts and Coffee Gelato.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. Which is why we only use cocoa that is ethically sourced and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
