This single origin dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from cocoa beans cultivated on the steep mountain sides along Papua New Guineas’ majestic Sepik River. A slow fermentation and roasting of these beans is all it takes to give this chocolate its subtle notes of fruity and rich oak of coffee at its finish. A pairs perfectly with a strong espresso or a good salted caramel ice cream.
We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. Which is why we only use cocoa that is ethically sourced and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
